Dr Flavia Pretti Dermatology Limited uses PostHog in the EU Cloud to count visits and see how pages are used. Session recordings stay on until you turn them off. Each setting is explained below.

Visit measurement

PostHog counts visits, clicks and form steps so we can see where people leave a page, and measures how fast each page loads. Campaign labels show which link brought you here. If Analytics and Session recordings are both off, counts continue without analytics cookies. We do not send quiz answers, result codes or the text you type.

Analytics

Allowing Analytics lets PostHog remember campaign history between visits. It also allows Google Analytics on the course page. Google cookies last up to 180 days. PostHog also uses cookies while Session recordings is on.

Advertising

Meta Pixel measures ads on the course page, with your permission. Cookies usually last up to 90 days.

Session recordings

PostHog records clicks, scrolling and changes on the page. Recordings and their cookies stay on until you turn them off under Cookies in the footer. All text and input fields are masked; areas with forms or personal details are blocked. We do not record quiz, result, purchase-return or internal tool pages.

These tools receive browsing data, such as browser type and pages visited. When cookies are on, they also receive codes that link events from a visit. Meta may link the visit to your account. We use PostHog’s EU region; providers may process data in other countries as described in their policies below.

We do not send names, emails, medical data, card details or bank account details to any of these tools.

Google and Meta stay off until you allow them. Reject all turns off optional cookies and recordings; cookie-free counts continue. You can change your choice under Cookies in the footer. This does not stop you buying the course.

To reconcile course sales, our server also sends Hotmart’s payment status, amounts, currencies and producer commission to PostHog. These records are independent of cookie choices and use a protected transaction code.

If you allow Analytics, a protected code can connect your course visit and checkout click with a payment confirmed by Hotmart. This helps measure which campaigns and links lead to purchases. For links sent by Manychat on Instagram, the code can also connect these steps with the issued link. We do not use names, emails or your username to make this connection. With Analytics off, we do not add this code to checkout or send linked browsing events; visit and sales counts continue.
